how much a peacock bass go for?

they are about 1.5" to 2".

Sounds like a good price to me. I've seen ocellaris at about 1.5" for $20 USD

Sounds about right for here too, I've seen a few P-Bass (Likely whatever the more common ones are) in a couple different LFS for around 10$ for small juvi's around 2-4".

Not out here in CO. The price's are going up. I saw a 6'' W/C Ocellaris for $109.00. He had Armatus for $299.00. So it matter's where you are big time!
