How much do Acanthicus Adonis cost where you live?

Around here in Washington, I see them at about 3" for between $30 to $40. Just the normal black morph. I was thinking that was a pretty good price, and then wondered about worldwide distribution. So, are Adonis rare in your area? If you wanted one, how much would you likely have to pay? Just curious.

The regular morph is not rare at all here in Toronto. Cost for 3" at a LFS is probably about $20.

Now the albino adonis, that's a different story

In the UK I would expect about £20 for a 3" and about £80 for an albino.

well the most common pleco's in my area start at 60$....
and i've never seen one, so it'd probbably be 100$+
aussie fish pricing is messed up.
would you guys pay 20$ for a 4 inch convict? thats reasonably cheap round here for the size.

The exchange rate is about £1 GBR = $1.5 US, so about $120 US.

Doubtful that UK prices for albino adonis are anywhere near that price. The going rate in North America is $300+, even higher in parts of Asia.

Ok, I'll put it this way. The last ones I saw a few months ago were on sale for £80.
