How much do you realy love you fish

Awesome thread. And regardless of where you posted it. I am glad that I found it. It reminds me of how important my fish are to me. Because regardless of how hectic, chaotic or stressfull my life may be. I still devote a lot of time to keeping them. My fish are almost like my salvation. My tank is like the one member of my family that I can go to and just really "exhale" all of them internal feelings that put knots in my stomach. Sometimes it's hard being the rock in your house. Sometimes you must bear the brunt of situations like yours, Because if you let it move you too much. It will impact those around you. I sit and meditate with my fish about all types of things that I don't want the Missus and Youngins to have to think about. I love my fish for that.

It's funny how you put that. Freinds and family don't understand why you would spend 30,50,100 dollars on one fish that you just have to have. Or why you would spend over a grand on one tank. you said it perfect though the kids can all be running around screaming ole lady in a crapy mood. Bills just came in and I can pick anyone of my 3 tanks and drowned out the whole world. Somtimes for a couple of minutes somtimes a couple of hours.Or how much it means when I'm sitting on the floor watching them and my two year old baby girl sits in my lap and starts pointing at them saying look daddy fish and laughing. If my house ever catches on fire my wife is grabing the pictures and I'm getting the kids then the tanks followed by the t.v. hanging on the wall.lol

Now that I have some people who understand the post do any of you other guys have any stories about how much you love your fish? Would love to hear them. For all of you who have given support I thank you from the bottom of my heart. It is you guys who make this sight enjoyable, and keep me coming back. You are the guys who do not nit pick every little thing. Thanks guys no matter how small it means alot to me and my wife
