How much does dwarf gourami eat? I didn't feed it 1 day and they die... why is that?

That doesn't sound right, since most fish, even smaller ones can miss a meal or two without too much problem ime...

How long have you had these fish? and is there anything else in there with them? What are your water parameters like, since it seems to be there might be something else causing the deaths other than starving?

I had 5 dwarf gouramis for about 2 months. I feed 5 cubes of frozen bloodworms every day. And i missed giving them food for one day, and 1 of 5 died. I think dwarf gourami eat alot of foods and can not be miss even one day.

I doubt that missing one feed would kill them. You should not be feeding bloodworm every day. Try flakes and pellets and use bloodworms as a treat. There must be something you've missed that killed your fish.

^ Maybe its from OVER-feeding that caused the death? since depending how many you have in the tank, 5 cubes of bloodworms everyday does sound like a lot of food for them...

probably. Over feeding=extra waste. To the op have you tested your water as I think your fish sould be ok to miss one feed. Also if your feeding that much are you taking out uneaten food.

I use that many cubes in 5 tanks. I cant imagine a few gouramis being able to take that down daily without any left over rotting food. I think water quality is your issue. I fish will not starve from one day. Most vendors, and anyone who ships purposely fast fish 2-3 days before shipping.

Get your water tested.

Also consider if your adding that many cubes a day how much is going into your filter rather than your fish.

What size tank is this anyways?

When I go on vacation my fish don't eat for 10 days to 2 weeks and rarely die.
The overfeeding and chemical waste buildup as stated by others above is more likely the cause.
I also agree feeding only one thing, bloodworms is not a good idea. Its like if you only had broccoli 3 meals a day for the rest of your life, deficient in vitamins and minerals.
And... dwarf gouramis are a very inbred/line bred fish and notorious for being generally weak, and having a compromised immune systems .
I was talking to a friend who managed a LFS about the weakness of line bred fish such as EBJDs and the like, he said when they'd get dwarf gouramis in, and they'd lose an average of 50% in the first week.
