How much eco-complete?

yeah, anything that weighs a lot normally is not economical to ship internationally unless you go surface mail - and that takes months.

should have a few things arriving for the tank in the next week or so - light is local, heaters are coming from Hong Kong (can get 2 titanium heaters with external controls for less than the price of one local purchase, and that includes shipping from HK - and I need 2 heaters because of the fake rock backdrop in tank prevents anything being put on the back glass)

slowly getting stuff together
 
Considering your location, look for ADA Aquasoil. This will be one of the best media's you can get, and it is from japan.
 
Will have a look for it though I haven't seen it in my local stores. I have just bought some Aquaclay ground for the 2 foot tank I am also starting up. It makes the water cloudy in spite of prior rinsing and some of it floats.... It's a nice red though.
 
I have looked for the ADA stuff, again no-one local supplies it and am looking at around $13 shipping per bag to get anything shipped :-( Looks like I'll have to wait for my LFS to get in the eco. I can get plain gravel in bulk at all 3 of my decent LFS but only one store sells plant substrate (eco, dupla ground and aquaclay)

Will wait till the 25th until my store gets the eco in and grab half a dozen bags.
