There are so many variables to consider it would be hard to suggest a filter just based on your tanks volume.
If you are set on a single canister, I would look towards the fluval FX5. A combination of filters is usually a better choice I would recommend a single XP3 and a pair of ac110s. This would provide both redundancy and spread the flow through out the tank.
Whichever you do choose stay away from the XP4, I am a big fan of the XP3 but for the money the XP4's 10gph of extra flow and the 2.5 liters of addition media space are not worth the money.
