To the OP, since you are selling it, MFK does not allow any gauging price/interest threads.

did not intend it to be a 'gauging price/interest thread' just wanted to know peoples opinions

Why was this thread closed and reopened?

I was curious about the 11" depth claim. Doing some measurements, the fish is over twice as long as he is tall. If he's 11" tall, that would make him about 23"-24". Care to explain? Thanks.

going strictly by the video, measuring him on my screen he's about an inch tall but over two inches long. if he's eleven inches tall that would make him 11" + 11" plus a little more in length. the size stated seems to be exagerated. btw this statement does not make me an oscar hater just looking for truth :). if he's two feet long, i'll give you twenty maybe twenty five dollars for him. lets go

I have had several posts deleted as well, but I think the mods did a great job with a mess of a thread.

Im looking forward to more pics of this monster ;)

still waiting on proof of size. If you compare this oscar to my old 20 inch pacu the oscar looks to be about 13-15 inches

Definitely want to see more pics just because this guy is a beast! Maybe a few pics with a measuring tape or some sort of comparison piece.

Awesome fish, though!

FWIW, I love oscars. I've had 3 over the past 7 years... I currently have one who is nearing 6 years.

I wouldn't be interested in buying this oscar. I don't think its attractive. I like an oscars personality yes, but if they don't look good to me I won't buy it. Plain and simple, doesn't matter if its 10 inches or 20 inches. I don't like the high back, it gives the oscar an odd shape, and I'm not a big fan of the color... but thats just my opinion.
