L418 is panaque species thats found in Peru. its called shampupa royal, green panaque or peruvian green.
last yr 3 " specimens were going for 125.00-150.00. an 8" specimen would go for 350.00+ ive heard all sizes are restricted for export. it isnt the peruvian govt that restricting the export. its the natives that live along the banks of the river. they are limiting the collection of several species of fish that thrive in the Itaya river
