How much live rock

As you all have noticed by my lack of water changes, i'm quite lazy and can't be bothered cheking the conversion table!! I go by 1kg/4.5lts, i don't know how this measures up to the lb/g.
IMO this ratio is spot on, but then again depends what you want to keep!!

well you have a idol, so you must be doing something right lol.

1kg equals about 2 1/4 lbs and 4.5lt equals about 1.18gallons

LOL yeah i might be doing something right but i think the Idol is just luck!!! But just by going by this ratio my water has never had ammonia or nitrite with heavy stocking, and is now even better after employing the plenum with nitrate not going over 5ppm.
Just a reason why (even though more money than most people want to spend) i will always be a fan of the live rock/natural system.
