I'm doing both at the moment and I have to say it's delicious!
hehe thats Johhny walker im drinking and that ciggarete was the California doctor approved kind... I have cleaned up my lifestyle though no drinking or smoking (I was 17 in that photo don't know why I used it) in a long time in pursuit of martial arts and it has saved me a ton of money. :)

Right now, I change about 20/g per day on the central setup. I will be drilling the overflow tonight or tomorrow and then kicking it up to at least 50G per day.

Per week.... 150-200%

I do waterchanges at least 5-6 times a week.

Since I'm brutalizing my hot water heater the waterlevel in the pond is always fluctuating, I drain then fill till the hot water heater empties, wait till right before bed and empty it again. If I have time it gets emptied again in the morning.

But when completely full I'd say I'm around 1.2K gallons.

50% / week on my 55g growout

20% every other day on my 2000g system (heavily stocked and always chasing nitrate creep)

30% weekly on mym main tank and about 15% on my FHs.
then my goldfish usually about 50% then every other time the whole tank

Change 40% weekly on my 75 and my 55's.

I change 0% every week :)

I do a 50% every 10-14 days.

My water that comes out of the tank looks better than the stuff going in!! Only slightly higher nitrate water comes out, my water from the tap is over 8 ph and .5-1.0 ammonia.

I have 2x 125g and a 1 75g. All get changed on the same day.
