How much water do you drink throughout the day??

i drink about 8-10 cups a day throughout the weekdays. Only on the weekends i drink soda and what not. Feels good to be hydrated all the time

I drink like 9 cups of green tea a day at work, and piss like a drunk racehorse. Does that count? It's mostly water.

I guess it does...If not water,I'm guzzling copious amounts of iced tea myself.I know, loaded with sugar and all but it beats Mountain Dew I guess.

+ at least 1-2 Qts unflavored water, & don't keep track of G's in outdoor summer heat.

I say atleast 3 gallons a day. I dont really drink soda or juice. I do drink vitamim water but not that offen.
