How much water do you drink throughout the day??

What is this water you speak of? Its there for more than cookin noodles and peein in? huh.

JK...I'm awful though...I'll drink a gallon of milk in 48 hours, it'll take me two weeks to do that with water. I usually gag on water if its not cold though. But on the flip side of that, I've cut back my pop to 2-3 cans a week. I wish I could drink more water. I felt great and lost weight when I didn't drink anything but water during my week of summer camp. And then summer camp ended and here we are....does crystal light count as water? I like that stuff and have been thinking of using it as an excuse to drink more.

Oh man I suck at drinking water.. but I do like carbonated flavored water, but I don't drink much of that either.. Actually I don't drink fluids in general like I should.. I say in a day, I consume about 30 oz. or so of fluid..

No. It's sparkling water.. it doesn't have any sugar, carbs or sodium.. per the label its like drinking water.. I think my biggest problem is I don't get a feeling of thirst..
