ok..ur insane...lol. I would never pay for a pleco which exceeds 200 bucks.

$30 for a grown albino male bristlenose pleco in a LFS is about right. If you get one from a breeder. It's usally about 10-20 bucks. The ones with nicer bristles will cost more

I have one that measures 4.25inches, they quite small.

Supply and demand. I dont think your crazy, I'm just glad I dont have to pay those prices to enjoy what I like! BTW, I paid $23 for mine at just over 3".
