If pacu, its worthless. You will have a hard time giving it away. I had to pay somebody to take mine.

No way, 8" Red Bellies are practically free. You can get $10 from the LFS for them.

It all depends on your area. Some areas have a bigger market for Piranhas. I got a 11" one for $30.
I am in New Jersey. We have several stores that have Piranhas heavily available, although find bigger ones have become more of a task ever since the hurricane/super storm. I am originally from Pittsburgh, PA and there aren't that many stores in the Pittsburgh area that sell Piranhas, so you would get more if you were in an area like that.
