How much would you pay for $180 gallon

I been looking for a tank that is 24" in depth. There one person is selling one that 180 gallon 72x24x24 and he asking for $900. It just come with canopy stand. He got it 4 years ago but never set it up. Do you think I should get it? Cause it's hard to find a tank with that width in my area. I been looking over 6 months.

That's a little high but unreasonably priced. It will cost you about 1200-1500 with the stand and canopy in the store. I got mine for $300 used with a metal stand and canopy

If it was complete I would pay $800. Just the tank stand and canopy no more then $400. I got mine for $50 cause it had a chip in the glass.
 
I paid $600 for the tank, wood stand, lights, and sump. Same size, two years old. The same set-up would have cost me at least $1500-$1700 in the store.
 
I find funny how you are all saying that's way to high. Supply and demand is different everywhere you go so "good prices" varies place to place. Like you said if its hard to find then $800 is a good deal. Large tanks are hard to find I'm cananda people have used 55g for $300-$500 stupid and 90g for $500+ anything over 100g (if you ever find them here) usually run I'm the $800-$1000+ range here. But like that Guy said you'll probably be paying around $1200 in your guys stores.
