At 8" it very well could be less than 10 years old, potentially leaving decades more life left in it. I've seen 8" clowns sell anywhere from $150+ in private sales to $300 (which I personally feel is a bit steep) from retailers. With the shape and size of this one, I'd probably be willing to pay a bit more than what other 8" clowns would go for.I guess this is the question to ask. How old is a loach that big? I know they are VERY VERY expensive....
