How much would you pay for this male creamsicle Midas?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
There needs to be an age limit to who is allowed on grown up forums.

A 14 year old is not old enough nor mature enough to take advise, hold an intellectual conversation, etc, etc, etc...

Slow down little kid. Try to get your 55 gallon under controll, and learn a bit before venturing into bigger and more complicated systems before you flood your PARENTS basement (it's not really cool to ruin someone elses home.....That's right, it's their home, not yours. They paid for it, and it's a big investment to buy a house). You've probably never even had a 55 gallon tank bust. 55 gallons is a LOT of water on the floor.....Not to mention 500 gallons (that could potentially ruin a house).

LOL! I was 36 last year when I upgraded from 36 to 300 gallons. Spent a year working out all the details so it would go right before I even got the tank, and then spent a lot of work to get the whole system up and running. Something I don't see a 14 year old doing.

I hope you're not discouraged though because if you calm down, stop making so many grand plans with tanks and rescuing/catching fish you can't house then you can enjoy this great hobby for a long time...

This thread is proof MFK needs a kids table, not based on age but mentality and cognitive capacity. And I'm not only referring to the OP. If your comment doesn't add anything to the thread then why bother posting. If you don't like the kid, don't read his threads, if you read them like most read the tabloids then don't bother posting hateful comments. Personally I would rather read a 30 page thread about pocket lint by andrew then one of oscaroo's patented "sharks have pointy teeth" posts.

OP: there is a learning curve with fish keeping. Everyone makes mistakes, but if you don't learn from then you are in the wrong hobby. Good luck with your fish.

Stupid kid.

There is no need for this type of comments. This site is for people interested in fish and fish keeping regardless of age.
