How much would you pay for this tank?

I am looking into buying a big tank, I have found one that I really like. Here is a list of what it comes with, if you guys could give me an idea of what you would pay for it that would be great!

-custom 340 gallon 72"X36"X30 (3/4 glass and the three viewing sides are made of star fire glass) (4" euro brace all the way around)

-2x fluval Fx5's

-The stand is steel powder coated black professionally done with adjustable levellers at the base.

-lids

-lights (light is an 8 t5ho)

-UV sterilizer (good for up to 500 gallons)

-Heaters

-and a bunch of miscellaneous stuff.

I love the dimensions of the tank as well as the filters and other extras but not sure how much I would over as prices pretty much are different depending on location.I paid eight hundred for my used,complete 265 set up and it probably would have been cheaper in California.Looking forward to some opinions from others on this.
 
Apparently from what he said is that he had it custom made from japan for $4000 and the stand made for $1200, plus all the other stuff. What do you guys think? Still offer him $1000?
