Its huge alright but he aint even sure what the tank capacity/size is,didnt provide measurements and he wants top dollar.

That's an ideal reef tank. Reefers tend to be high rollers. I'm not a reefer, but if I was looking for a tank with those dimensions, I'd pay around the $1500 mark.
