How much would you pay for used 180 gallon setup

If I went to a fish store around here and asked them to order me that combo they would tell me $1000+ easily.

Its at least 3.5-4 hours to drive to NYC from Syracuse so finding NYC craigslist deals don't do me any good.

The good news is that it really doesn't matter what any of us think it is worth anyway. What matters is that you think it is worth $600. I know I have spent more money on things than others thought they were worth before. As long as the buyer is happy that is all that really matters.
 
it depends on the condition of the stand and canopy. A replacemant tank is easy to replace. I have 30, 55 and 150 all quality oak stands and canopies. I call them my living furniture

Yea its tough. Craigslist deals in Central NY are terrible. There are very very few big tanks that ever get posted and its usually just full of people trying to sell 55 gallon set-ups for 2-400 bucks. I dont know if people are actually selling them for that much but people are asking tons of money for anything.

I just want to know where I can get a brand new 180 for $600!
 
www.glasscages.com sells new glass tanks for $550. I would imagine they do a show somewhere in your area so shipping would be minimal. You can build a stand for well under $100.

*edit - just looked at their schedule, don't see anything in NY. :(
 
As for the date, there should either be a small sticker on the top of the bottom pane of glass, or somewhere near the top trim on the inside glass.
