Sounds like these are custom made. Have them install two 2" bulkheads on the top back panel. This way you will not have two drilled holes on the bottom & the overflow I mention will not take up any of your valuable footprint. A pre-drilled tank is the way to go. You can always cap-off your bulkheads if you decide not to use a sump. It will be there if you ever need it. The re-sale value on a pre-drilled tank is also higher. You will spent ALOT MORE than $100 (plus headache) if you go for choice #1 & then change your mind to add a sump to your set-up.
Yes, theyll most likely be custom made...I asked the guy to see how much would he charge for 2 drilled hole on the top back panel and he said bout 20$-40$ to the tank price so roughly 700$-800$. right around that price area...
