ok but how much would someone pay if they bought a rhom that was 7 inchs

depends on origin of the p.

venenzula, peru, or rare Sa/Ca rivers.

most people who don't care where they'd get a rhom from would probably end up with a peru or other more common type. if bought from a commercial seller or vendor probably $100+, though even to the people who would be such a small rhom i still believe they'd be getting ripped off.
