How much does everyone's ph fluctuate over a 2 day period? I've noticed mine floats between 7.8 & 8.2 sometimes may 8.4. I've been mostly focusing keeping my kh stable.

Mine never changes from 7.8 at all. Try not to have changes of more then 0.02 at a time.

Y would mine be changing? Kh is 7-8. I do have my temp up at 88 for ick with a lot of surface agitation. The extra o2 cause it? Fish don't seem stressed. I don't think I'm going to mess with it. My gh is on the low side at 5 but i don't think that affects ph.

Mine is always stable at around 8.

My water comes out of the tap at 8.6 but the PH always changes after it comes out, ask duanes

8.2 day to day.

PH is on a 24/7 probe, 7.8 to 7.5, with .15 day to night variations due to lots of plants, adding or removing CO2.
I buffer with baking soda. After a week with out a water change pH will be around 7.5.

Constant at 8.0. Im on well water so i buffer down but once it reaches 8 it never really changes.
