I do 50% once or twice a week.
I have 2 Emperor power filters, each were marked for 75+ gallons.

Since you have two Emporer 400's, you can stuff that tank to the gills. You aren't going to excede your filters carrying capacity. Just don't add anything that will grow too big. (but that would be a good excuse for another tank.) And don't add tons of fish all at once.
