How often do I have to clean my 80 gallon fish tank, bare bottom, and only 1 jardini.

Your tanks too small for a jardini so it's going to be a problem for you.
Also tank cleaning depends on a few things like filtration etc

I'd suggest testing the water on a regular basis. You want to change the water when nitrates get to about 20, maybe a bit higher depending on the fish. Weekly is a decent bet.
If it's a lot of effort, get a Python water changer. Makes things a lot easier.

If its bare bottom you could save some money and just use a regular garden hose. I have sand in ally tanks and use the garden hose i feel like the python is smaller diameter and takes longwr to drain

Regularly testing nitrates is definitely a good place to start. I have about 10ppm nitrates right out of the tap, so mine tend to run a bit higher than I'd prefer.

They're rip offs! Lol I made my own with a proper nice hose for 15$ and a gardening two way valve. What I like about the garden hose it expands when water is in it and constricts when not in use. Makes storing the hose so much easier.
