I soak all my food items in vitachem. Tilapia, earth worms, blood worms etc etc. Tilapia by itself isn't a completely rounded out meal and its what I feed to most of my fish so I need to get them the missing nutrients somehow. I'll sub doing that for gutloaded feeders once a month or so, just so they get a complete meal as well.
How often do you feed frozen bloodworms or no limit?

depends what I'm doing that day lol. Sometimes I get a frozen fillet out and soak it for a few hours, sometimes its been soaked overnight if I don't use then entire thing (its frozen at this point).
vitachem is a great water additive as well so even if I don't soak the fish long enough the vitachem is still at least finding its way into the water with the fish.
