They big guys get fed smelt MWF and shimp and massivore on occasion. the growouts get fed shrimp everyday except MWF (everybody eats the same those days, makes it easier)
when I had my aro comm I fed shrimp every day until they got big and were going through 2 pounds in one sitting....that turned it into a "treat only" basis.
