How Often Do You Feed

Just wondering how often you feed your Africans, it seems to me that mine are always begging for food. I feed them In the Morning, and the Evening. Seems right to me, but they still beg when I am near the tank.

I feed my fish in the morning and evening as well and sometimes at night.

I feed every other day, and no food on the weekends, keeps the tank cleaner.

I feed at least once a day, but sometime 2-3 time throughout the day. Really depends on how often I am standing near the tank and how much I can resist feeding them again. I love to watch the frenzy!
