i feed my adults 1-2 times a day and little ones sometimes on weekends every couple of hours if im in the house all day, but most of the time 3-5 times a day

I also feed 2 times a day:
120g goldfish- Pellet/Flake mix, shrimp pellets, algae discs in the morning, and small shake of pellet/Flake mix at nigh. Friday is Fasting Day keeps thier internals in order.
60g Community/semi sgressive- Flakes and shrimp pellets in the morning (and whatever frozen food my nano reef doesnt eat) and flakes and algae discs in the evening.
12g Nano Reef- Frozen food in the morning(bloodworms, spirulina brine shrimp, krill, plankton, or seafood mix) and Super Soft spirulina pellets at night for the Hermits.

twice a day maybe less now, one of my fish looks like its got the bloat but keeps eating and doesnt spit out at all

fry - 2-5 times a day, depending how many times I'm down in the fishroom.
It seem no matter how often I feed they beg for more food.
