How often do you guys feed your cichlas?

I feed my cichlas every other day.. but now thinking of trying to feed them everyday. I was wondering if that would effect them to grow faster? or would that just make them poop more often? lol
i understand that would mean more water changes..
for better info i got:
13-14" azul on massivore
7" azul on floating biogold pellet
2x 12-13" kelberi 1 on massivore and other on smelt
7" orino on smelt
 
I've always feed mine whenever I felt like it. Usually about 2 to 3 times a day, along with any occasional treats I might give. Yes more food equals more poop. It is recommended that you remove any uneaten food!
 
i feed mine once a day in the evenings...then the night crew cleans any leftovers...
 
I feed mine at least once a day and as early in the morning as possible.I like to see a slight bulge in their stomach area and then they have the whole day to work it off and digest the food before the next day's feeding.
 
once a day as much as they want for about 5 minutes.in the evening.
 
little guys i would feed 2x a day. my monster bass would only eat 1x a day, maybe even skip a few days here and there. big cichla are nitrate factories and once they get big can skip a few feedings w/o any problems
