How often do you see this?!?!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
since everys trying to play CSI

...I'll point out,
a) hes landing in a field...surrounded by trees
b) Judging by the wild life, trucks, and the tail ID number its in africa and theres probably no ATC
c) Hes clearly landing into the wind, (wind sock on far right) so he would have had no power on...if he banked he woulda crashed for sure

There for, he goes to land on no power...floats down for landing, stupid animals all HUR DUR, he either a) doesn't see him b) knows he cant turn...and hits him.

It wasn't human error, just natural selection...for both the machine and the animal.

Guy: maybe it was pilot error?
David Caruso: maybe the giraffe shouldn't have been so. high.

YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH~~~~~~

No power??? Extremely not likely! Reduced power? VERY likely!

Sucks for the animal but as pointed out earlier it was quick. I'd feel worse for the pilot if it was a modern glass bird. Those are bush planes and are selected to be easy to rebuild after stuff like this. I've seen worse wrecks fly again.

Not sure that's and ultra light though. Wouldn't be by US regs and not sure about Canada. It looks like a 4 seater.

looks like a K-10 Swift, sorta, the rear glass is just for visual inspection.

looking at it more clearly tho it could be something bigger...in that case id almost assume the photo was staged...thats alot of weight to stop in 30 feet
