mine is the same.

And I only keep small loaches, so the one piece of driftwood I have in the tank isn't large enough to change it either.

I'll be the black sheep.

I use about a 1/4 to 1/2 dose of Seachem Reef buffer w/water changes in my FW tanks to keep my KH between 70 and 100 ppm. Tank pH 7.4, tap pH 7.0. Tap KH is zero.

Never had to use any PH chemicals. I keep up with water changes and clean filtration. I have never had any problems with harmful PH numbers.
