I go at least twice a week since my friend works there. I have his turtle right now. I get a kick out of the fact that I can walk in and make sales happen by pointing out fish traits and knowledge to customers. Sometimes I just grab a few nets and fish out the dead fish if they are slammed and can't do it on their own. I always have to say, "Well, I don't actually work here but I can probably help you. What's the question?". And the employees are happy to have the help, so they occasionally throw me a freebie here and there. Tight-knit relationship, mutually beneficial.
*There usually aren't very many dead fish. It's just that even one or two are easily too many for many customers' tastes.
