How often does it happen?

Thank you! :) its especially nice if the dogs happen to have an accident in the house or your best friends little kid decides to dump grape juice on the ground for no apparent reason lol. The process is quite easy too. The hardest part is removing the carpet but that should only take a few days.
 
most of my carpet is gone already.. but the livingroom and it's completely ruined.. i had been thinking looking for some kinda tile that is different than the rest of the house. and i thought about bamboo (i think this might end up being more work than it's worth).

now that i've seen that i'm thinking of pulling up all the tile and just doing that to all of the floors.. that is beautiful.
 
Never had a tank break or leak on me it seems pretty rare

Ya my neighbor did bamboo and he struggled with it a little bit. The stained concrete is so easy in comparison. The only thing is coming up with any designs/colors that you would want.

:) ya thank God, I saw that your part of "Monster Grouper Keeper". They have one at the LFS and I was wondering how big this particular one got. It is about four or so inches right now and is white with black spots. not black with white spots. Anyway if you know anything about this guy let me know. I tried to find some info online but with the name being "spotted" grouper at the LFS I didnt have much to go on lol
