ok yea seriously. how do you guys afford this stuff? im 21 and im just being able to start my monster collection. and i make a bit more than the average 21 year old.
so do yalls parents basically fund your hobby or is it there hobby and you just kind of tag along or what?

I used to breed angelfish and discus, the income was used to support my hobby. Now I cut back and sold all my breeders/smaller tanks, leaving a small fortune for my fish/reptile hobby.
