heres my 13.5 in male. I've had him around 4 years. The other fish is his jagxdovii daughter. She's the only fish he hasn't killed.

At 4 years they for sure are not maxed out lol. If they are provided with adequate space,water, and fed correctly they will continue to grow. Slowly but surely

Crazy mike hav u always fed it jag every three days?. I make sure my jag gets 2 meals a day I want him to be a monster
No only started once he was around his current size and at full maturity. When it was young it got fed twice daily.

the spotting on the face tells me male. n thats crazy how dark it is even over light substrate. must be the submissive one of the tank
It's very submissive to the Oscar. It was to the jd but now it's starting to claim the two big pieces of driftwood. It's normally almost black so you can't really see its markings. That's why I thought female. It only lightens up during water changes or when it's feels like standing up to the jd.
