How rare are black pacu?

sorry is this a black pacu? i just got him for free from a buddy at the fishstore. was going to use him as a feeder but if hes rare never mind.

K guys. I have had the fish now for about 2-3 weeks and he is starting to get red on his gill and anal fin. So i guess this makes him a red pacu not a black. Wonder why he is turning back to red. He was completly balck when he was givin to me. lol
