what kfc thats gross. we need to get you some popeyes chicken asap so you can actually have good food. if any food could make you have a epiphany it would be popeyes after a lifetime of kfc.

I'm 5'6", 130 lbs, but I can still take down an American football player (high school that is) with little effort. Everyone has weak spots. The solar plexus is a big one. It's located directly under the sternum where the ribs separate. One solid shot to the area can stop a body builder from breathing. A hard enough blow can kill someone...

i know the spot your talking about boxers will go for it to knock the wind out there opponent and set themselves up for a better shot, but i think you have to be pretty strong for it to completely disable the attacker. more then likely if the opponents fit and you dont have follow up move(perhaps run in your case) it would just piss the assailant off.
