How soon can Texas "herichtys carpinte" be able to breed??

i got 3 of them. theyre around 1-1.5inches. theyre in the 33 gal growout with same sized managuense albino poly and 6 congo tetra for dithers...
I asked Because i was surprised by the 2 that have half of their body turned solid black. weirdddd so young and horny already?

Blue, Green, carpinte. carpintis. all the same thing. I think they breed real small, but not quite 1.5" small....

They should breed at around 3", very mean and will kill all the other fish in the 33 when they lay eggs, guaranteed. My pair has drawn blood on me multiple times...sometimes I've bled for 45 minutes.

33gal with 3 texas, 3 jaguar, 1 albino poly and 6 congo tetras and they still managed to breed @ 1.5in size? wat the hell

Also-get those other fish out! Even at 1.5" they are insane.

Carpintes will turn that two tone white/black color when stressed or aggressive. Mine does it all the time.
