How soon to call ICK?

well i was doing 35% water changes while treating with meds,
after i switched the med to ap quick cure i then uped the water change to 50%percent
and my ich is gone in 3 days....
i also skipped one day in the 50% water changes and dosed again, then the next day i did the wc and 2 days later everything was good

Just did a 25% wc and added salt to compensate. Also starting mixing feed with a garlic suppliment, The ich is spreading on the discus, but is isolated to them still. Tomorrow morning will be day 4. Temp high 80's, all fish still have good appetites and activity despite heat and salt. Lights are off full time now.

Tomorrow morn will be day 5 and the discus still have ich cysts on them. I'm now doing daily 25% wc's. None of the other fish in the tank have any signs of ich including loach, syno/raphael cat or bichir. Discus are still active with good appetites but the ich is still hanging on. Fingers crossed for tomorrow morn.
