How strong of a lid for Oscar?

I’m looking into a tank for a Oscar and keep hearing I need a strong lid, would a mesh lid or one on the aqua one brilliance 150 be okay, I’d post a link but are not allowed to yet. Thanks in advance also sorry if this is in the wrong section I looked in cichlid and other monster fish but couldn’t find the right section

It's been a long time since I've kept Oscars, but I used a standard hinged glass lid. Never a problem. Mesh would likely work as well.
