Changes in sea-ice relatd to climate change is the other element - many krill sp eat diatoms from the lower surface of ice, for example.
Fishing of krill, even if regulated (which it just ain't) and/or enforced (see previous) will impact a foundational food (not just whales) of that ecosystem that is being impacted already. Science is happening but way behind the ball, underfunded/under-supported.

Read the labels, keep informed & appreciate that you can absolutely choose to simply not buy that product; you've got alternatives.
