We kill off 10s of species a day... probably more we didn't even discover first.
Its not just humans who kills off animals...

Its nature. Humans shouldnt try to bring back a species unless it is of their effect. This is like a long time ago in Yellowstone. the elks numbers were way down so the rangers poisoned and killed most of the wolves... then the elk became numerous and were killiing trees and other animals habitats. and also at this time the former indians of this area were no longer aloud to hunt. so now the elk were breeding like crazy.... we can preserve nature. we need to let it do what it does.

What, pray tell, is cool?

Yes... but unfortunately most things nowadays are anthropogenic. Was reading last night on leachies (largest gecko species in the world). It's endemic to several islands... all have slight differences... anyway on one island they were starting to dissappear, and will now probably become extinct from that area. Why? Because of non-native ants we brought to that island...

Yes there is always nature, but nowadays even nature is becoming more and more unnatural.

yeah there is a name for species that depend off of eachother in order to live.. im just too stupid at the moment to remember it.. if one end of the chain fails, then the other species dies out also.. its sad, but its also something that has been going on since the beginning of time.

That totally sucks. I remember reading about it last year when I was taking a geography class and boy was i bummed when I read about it. But hey, mistakes happen...
