Man I googled it and youtubed it and all I want to know is if you make your own BBQ sauce and want to bottle, how and how long will it last?:irked:

If you seal it in canning jars and boil the jars it will last for years.

^^ yeah just make sure you dont touch the inside of whatever you're putting it in. it has to be sterile

I do my own hot sauces and personally, I give it about a 2 month limit. I give it a week or two to let the flavors meld as well.

well I made my own BBQ sauce tonight, freakin slammin, will try the canning thing later. Man this was really fun and I used more vinegar than some may like but I liked the kick, Ill just knock the vin in half for the wussies that come over.
