how to breed catfish feeders?

its costy for me to keep buying packets of live feeders for my two gars and a catfish so i was thinking of breeding them so... help please?

convicts are a good choice to breed. they breed easy and are common, therefore cheap.

go with livebearers. they have larger fry, and i have heard horror stories of people who have had a fish choke to death on a con because of the spines on its back.

Convicts or Mollies.

live bearers take to long to get to a decent size.

cons grow really quick and they breed reliably.

i could wait months before i ever actually see baby mollies
but my convicts spawn every week and a half.

try guppies, mollies, convicts are easy to but theres the spine issue if the fry get to big.

Soon Im going to try Sailfin Mollies, cause they get pretty big.

Train your gars onto aro sticks and be done with feeders. I have 5 tropical gars and several FL gars and they all eat aro sticks, FD krill, and FH pellets.
