Just wanted to know since I have a female and a male. My female chases my male sometimes, is this breeding behavior?

Mine just found a private place between two rocks and made a nest. They did the usual cichlid twitchy shimmy mating moves before actually breeding. I doubt what you're seeing is mating behavior. Just give it time.20181127_160104.jpg

breeding activity usually starts with the female picking a site to lay her eggs. she'll clean a rock or dig down to the bottom glass in a corner or any other suitable site for her eggs. Once she is ready with her egg tube dropped she'll flare her gills and make her body shake and twitch for him. Once they swim in a tight circle together almost touching flaring and shaking at each other you'll have the start of active breeding behavior. Keep an eye on both fish especially the male. Sometimes males are ready but the female is not which could lead to a good beating on his behalf.
