I am going to guess that wherever you got this from figured the avg. cost statewide in each state. IF NOT THEN WE CAN NOT USE THESE #'S FOR MUCH. Where I live in In Southwestern IN each company sets their own price. My girlfriends parents who live 1/4 mile from me pay around 7 cents, but I pay nearly 10 cents. The cutoff from 1 electric company to the other lies somewhere in between. I was like




when I saw that they used more electricity than we do and had a bill that was far far less.
