Flint town!
Sounds like besides a few things you've got this handled! Everyone is giving you the same info I would so no reason to reiterate it. You've kept her for 6 years I wouldnt change to much.
Good job!

Yey bay bay
Really nice senegal, looks healthy to me.

As mentioned by the others keep a balance diet, feed every other day, feed with carnivore sinking pellet, tilapia fillet, silver sides and raw shrimp.
Keep lid tight as possible since polys are scape artist.

Good job raising it btw.

most people report that their bichirs are alot more active and seem happier above 80 I have mine at 80 for the other fish

I have lost 2 ropefish to jumping it's not something you want to experience
Mine naturally cools down to the 70s and I don't have a heater . I did put the cover back on and she (I think) seems relaxed

There are a lot of ideas for scaping in one of the stickies at the top about enclosures pics.

I find that mine really enjoy the plants, but not everyone wants to do live plants. You can see my tank in the "udon, soba, and the noodles" thread, too.

I appreciate you seeking out better information for your Sen! I bet she'll appreciate the better diet and you might get a little more growth with it.

Welcome!
