How To Choose The Best Fry

I've a question about 1/2" & 1" fh fry..
How do I choose the best from the batch?
If I wait longer they might be sold off.. so I'm planning to get maybe 3 or 4 fry but having trouble deciding which is better..

biggest and or most colorful, pick the bully not the ones getting bullied

i usally go for the ones with the best flowerline and pearls

Yep, best flowerline and most pearls.

at 1/2" it is gonna be really tough to pick the best pattern, your best bet is to just try to pick dominant ones that will most likely develop the most color and size

Hmm too many factors to consider.. I might just go with the hunch..

Ok guys here they are.. Four 1" fh that I managed to choose after more than an hour at the lfs..
The first three looks identical & the fourth has its tail bit off (so I thought maybe I can save it)
