Hey everyone. So i noticed people have been asking about how to clean sand in ur aquarium and most people said get ur cyphon and skim the sand bed. Problem is wen i tried doing that it doesn't work. The poop is too heavy, i can sometimes get it but most of the time no so i made up a easier straighgy MUST HAVE PRETTY FINE SAND

So u get ur fish net (the small ones that are used for aquariums not the big fishing nets) and just filter out the crap. :) great lolz cant believe no one though of this. I think it is because wen u think of filter u think of filtering anything solid. If ur net is too big wellllll that is ur problem so tell me how it works and lets see happy cleaning!

Wat ??? lolz views but no comments? :D

i would assume you clean it the same way...

move the sand around and suck up all the poop with your python or alike tool that you usually use.

if the poop is too heavy to suck up, then it deserves to stay in the tank. imo

it would take a very long time for some boy with a 180 gallon + tank. so your method would work much better with smaller tanks..

WOW REALLY? I'm kidding of course, because I have been doing this for a while to spot clean my small tanks. I didn't think it qualified as a secret. If the crap is to heavy, take the plastic tube off of your siphon. Done. There is no poop to heavy for that.

And are you posting from a phone or something? Because if you aren't there really isn't a reason for you to abbreviate every other word like a 14 year old girl who just learned to text. There were no comments because you only gave it 3 hours and this really isn't useful or anything. It's easy to figure out by yourself.

Like Joe M said, using only the hoes works best for spot cleaning.. that's how I do it.. and its a little less effort used, rather than netting out the poopy...

hahahahahaha lolz i am so stupid :D
